Other reviewers suggested using a little oil / spray butter / cooking in the cups to keep the eggs from sticking. I have done so had no eggs and a stick yet. In this case, allow me my beliefs down. calphalon egg poacher is an excellent general, in constant use, and we had no problems with calphalon egg poacher at all. The general use for some time now and there was absolutely no warping as you see in the kitchens usually less expensive, such as this. Dishes are deep enough to deal with the biggest and eggs is a snap to clean.
